Publications

The first phase of selling up the International Bibliography of Municipal Archives was completed in June 2004 under the direction of M. Assumpció Colomer and with the collaboration of the Steering Committee members and other colleagues from the Section as well as with the decisive support of the Archives Documentary Information Centre of the Sub-directorate General of Archives of the Spanish Ministry of Culture, which provided us with all information related to the municipal archives listed in their huge database. From now on we will be able to refer to a systematic information fund of international range that has more than a thousand registers and will be updated in the future so as to keep operative. In this sense, it is a pleasure to ask for the collaboration of all those Section members so they can send us the references they believe are of interest for improving and enriching the current bibliographic entries.
